What do the three deployment options include?
Every option runs the same complete lifecycle: controlled opportunity publication, confidential submissions, deadline-based opening, evaluation, notifications, reporting and recorded governance. The options differ by the size of the authorised team and the depth of implementation agreed, not by withholding the bidding workflow.
How do we choose between Pilot, Operational and Enterprise?
Choose by the size of your authorised team. Pilot is scoped for 1–5 authorised users and an initial controlled deployment. Operational is scoped for 6–15 authorised users in normal ongoing operation. Enterprise is scoped for 16 or more, or tailored to requirement. Invited bidding participants are uncapped on every option.
How are commercial terms agreed?
Scope, usage and commercial terms are agreed in a written proposal before a deployment starts. Nothing on this page is an offer, and no deployment is bought online.
What does the proposal confirm?
The proposal records the initial term, renewal and cancellation notice; the support hours, priority definitions and response targets that apply; and the authorised users and route volumes included for your organisation.
How do invited organisations take part?
Bidding organisations are invited into a workspace by the organisation running the opportunity. The invited email address is verified before access is activated, and each invited participant sees only its own submissions.
Can a deployment be tailored to a larger or specialised requirement?
Yes. Larger organisations, multi-team rollout, private hosting, service levels, security requirements and data migration are discussed individually and confirmed in the proposal.
Are confidentiality and account security optional extras?
No. Sealed-bid privacy, tenant boundaries, role permissions and revocable sessions are core controls in every deployment option. MFA is optional to enable and is enforced on every subsequent sign-in.
How is bid privacy protected?
RouteBids is designed for sealed bidding. Invited participants do not see competitor prices, and rankings appear only after sealed opening.
Can authorised users see prices before the deadline?
The system is designed so bid prices remain locked until the deadline has passed and sealed bids are formally opened.
Can invited participants see competitor bids?
No. Each invited organisation sees only its own submissions and its own history.
Can we start with one team?
Yes. The Pilot option is scoped for an initial controlled deployment with 1–5 authorised users.
What should be reviewed before launch?
Hosting, security, data protection, accessibility and operational support should be reviewed before wider operational use.
